What are the digital marketing trends for 2018?

Making New Year predictions is a tricky business as our tech-driven marketing disciplines now approach warp speed. So much can change in a year and, as we saw with Youtube and Facebook ad boycotts last year, public sentiment still wields influence, even in hyperspace.  And, as much as things change, sometimes we find ourselves ‘waiting for Godot’, when that tech prediction fails to prove itself year after year.
